This Production Manager position starts at $51,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience with additional incentive pay and bonus opportunities. This management position is typically Monday-Friday but requires flexibility as urgent issues may arise in construction outside of normal business hours. Our Production Manager Responsibly Strives to:
- Provide leadership, management, and accountability for the Production Department and alongside the entire management team of Bondoc Roofing
- Champion and challenge the Bondoc Production Process to ensure your team is always working smarter, safer, and providing the finest service to our customers and team
- Maintain standard gross profit margins, while always learning and implementing the next new thing that will help strengthen your KPIs
- Facilitate department and inter-departmental team meetings
- Recruit and manage subcontractors who serve according to our core values
- Nurture supplier relationships and maintain competitive pricing
Experience You Bring:
- Ability to adapt to Bondoc Roofing Core Values
- Ability to have a happy attitude and high level of organization to serve our team and our customers
- 3-4 year of construction experience
- 3-4 years of personnel management experience
- Ability to mentally troubleshoot and problem solve at all times
- Maintain a Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pass random drug tests
- Ability to manage/recruit roofing crews and repair techs
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical construction tasks outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Working knowledge of computer and phone app functions
- Must be flexible to answer phone after hours and weekends
- Must be pivot ready
