We are looking for an experienced Outstanding Inside Sales Professionals to join our team! This hybrid remote position works Monday – Friday, and starts at $18-20/hr with monthly bonus opportunities.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A INSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL
- Develop strong product and customer knowledge by our side
- Respond to every incoming lead with urgency and compassion
- Screen incoming leads for type of service and location
- Project trends in scheduling and call flow
- Schedule inspections according to location and other variables
- Surpass personal sales targets while exemplifying unwavering customer focus
- Proactively optimize sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Communicate with insurance companies on our customer’s behalf
- Tie up our roofing packages with a bow as you hand each customer to our production team
- Collect initial payments and final payments for services
- Maintain statistic information for company performance and future projections
WHAT IT TAKES:
- 2 or more years proven of sales experience
- Clear and concise communcation
- Results driven mindset
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Professional appearance
- Previous use of CRM’s and apps in the workplace
- Previous construction experience (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Must be pivot ready
- Additional projects as needed
