After our initial call, we’ll send one of our professional roofing advisors to your home to take a look at your roof and discuss your roof replacement options. They’ll be able to answer any questions you might have about the process, including materials, timeline, and budget. Your roofing advisor will then put together a formal estimate, which should include a timeline and a projected cost. Once you and your roofing advisor agree on the estimate, we’ll get started on your roof replacement. We’ll make sure your old roof is properly disposed of and get your new roof installed quickly, so you won’t have to put up with disruptions to your daily life any longer than necessary.
What are common signs I need a full roof replacement?
You should look for broken, cracked, or missing shingles and/or flashing, signs of water damage, dark patches or streaks, and moss or algae growth. It’s also worth checking to see if your roof is simply worn-out with age or missing protective granules on your shingles.
