Free, photographed, honest
Protecting your roof is important, and it is not something you should put off. Heat, rain and temperature fluctuations do a lot of damage over a Texas year. An inspection is worth nothing if the person doing it only gets paid when they find something — so ours ends with the truth either way.
No obligation. No pressure. Most inspections booked within 48 hours.

What we see
Hail bruising does not show from the ground, and neither does lifted flashing or a cracked pipe boot. If nobody got on the roof, you did not get an inspection — you got a sales call.
An inspector paid by commission has an obvious incentive. Ours is a flat report of what is on the roof, and a fair share of our inspections end with us telling a homeowner to spend nothing this year.
A roof inspection is always a good idea, but it is best done right before the season changes — and after any hail or high-wind event that hits your area, because Texas policies carry reporting deadlines.
A verbal “it looks rough up there” cannot be checked, priced or second-guessed. You keep the dated photographs and the written report, which makes a second opinion something you are able to get.

Hands down the best ever service I have ever experienced with a San Antonio business! Mike was excellent! Mike explained the process of repair on my roof, followed up with an email addressing who would do the repairs and 3 days later a technician showed up!

The detail
A roof inspection is always a good idea, but it is best to do it right before the season changes. The best times to get your roof inspected are fall and spring — before the weather that tests it arrives.
Our top-tier roof inspection entails a comprehensive report on the quality and condition of your roof. Our team performs thorough inspections and will walk you through what we found rather than handing you a verdict.
We ask that you reserve about an hour. Your Roofing Advisor will ask a few questions to learn what you have seen, and whether you want us to assess only that area or report on the whole roof. We take photographs, then spend time reviewing them with you to make the best plan for the work.
Regular preventative inspections reduce what you spend on repairs, and that saving can be put aside for an unpredicted storm. They also prevent unnecessary replacements — we only want you to pay for what you need.
Members rest easy knowing the Bondoc team visits annually to inspect the roof, clear debris and seal all exposed nail heads with a high-grade sealant. Perks include priority guaranteed appointments, a lifetime repair guarantee and 10% off all repairs, for $14.95. Ask your Roofing Advisor for full details.

Before you call anyone
Regular preventative roof inspections are a great way to reduce the amount of money you spend on roof repairs. This also means the money you save can be put away to help in the event of an unpredicted storm. Regular roof inspections also prevent the need for unnecessary replacements. We only want you to pay for what you need.
Fixing small issues as they happen prevents them from growing or spreading to other parts of your roof. Once a small issue has been fixed, you will not have to worry about it turning into a big expensive repair in the future. It is that simple.
Our team asks that you reserve about an hour for our visit. Your Roofing Advisor will ask a few questions to better learn what issues you have seen with your roof, and whether you prefer for us to only assess that area or if you would like information on what the rest of your roof looks like. We will take some good photos of your roof and then spend time reviewing them and working with you to make the best plan for your upcoming roof project.
Members of our Overhead Care Club rest easy knowing the Bondoc team will be visiting their homes annually to inspect their roof, pick up any debris from up there, and seal all exposed nail heads with a high grade sealant. Additional perks include priority guaranteed appointments, a lifetime repair guarantee, and 10% discount on all repairs, all for $14.95. Ask your Roofing Advisor for the full details.
Yes. A general home inspector reports the roof as one line item; we give you remaining service life, what it will cost when it goes, and whether there is unclaimed storm damage on it — all things that matter while the price is still being negotiated.
