Bondoc Roofing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by effectively managing the sales team and CSR department. Compensation:
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
- Bonus: $70,000+ at plan (based on performance)
- Estimated First-Year Earnings: $140,000 – $145,000

Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team and CSR department to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet revenue goals.
- Implement a comprehensive training program for the sales and CSR team, emphasizing door-knocking, B2B outreach, and creative revenue-generating activities.
- Develop and execute cold calling strategies with your team targeting realtors, insurance agents, HVAC companies, pest control services, and other relevant industries.
- Utilize data to identify and cold-call neighbors of ongoing projects to generate new leads.
- Implement strategies to re-engage our previous customer database, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Set and achieve sales goals as determined by accounting projections, demonstrating a commitment to driving revenue growth.
- Monitor and maintain pre-production gross margins by ensuring accurate job documentation and thorough photo verification.
- Collaborate with Roof Advisors to address any corrections or improvements needed for each job.
- Assist in collecting outstanding payments from customers, working closely with sales representatives and office staff.
- Foster a strong and cohesive relationship between the sales and production teams, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Report directly to the General Manager and actively participate in weekly meetings to provide updates and insights.
- Maintain accurate information for leads in our CRM system, JobNimbus, both company-provided and self-generated.
- Uphold our company values and promote a positive and inclusive culture among the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Creative mindset and experience in implementing revenue-generating activities, such as B2B outreach and door-knocking.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of the roofing or construction industry is desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to upholding safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
