Water is coming in
If water is actively entering the house, do not fill in a form — call us. We run 24/7 storm and emergency response across the San Antonio metro, and the first job is always to stop the water and limit what it damages inside.
No obligation. No pressure. Most inspections booked within 48 hours.

What we see
Every hour of active entry means more drywall, insulation and flooring. Stopping the water is a separate, faster job than fixing the roof properly.
Roof emergencies do not wait for business hours, and the storms that cause them take out half the metro at once. Local matters when everyone is calling.
A tarp goes on, the water stops, and the evidence of what happened disappears. We photograph before we cover.
A tarp is a stopgap with a shelf life. The permanent repair has to be scoped, scheduled and actually completed.

Hands down the best ever service I have ever experienced with a San Antonio business! Mike was excellent! Mike explained the process of repair on my roof, followed up with an email addressing who would do the repairs and 3 days later a technician showed up!

The detail
A few things you can safely do from inside will limit the damage while we are on the way. None of them involve getting on the roof.
Buckets under the drip, and move furniture and electronics out of the path. A bulging ceiling is holding water — put a container under it before it lets go.
Interior and exterior, before anything is moved or covered. This is what supports the claim later.
If water is anywhere near light fittings or outlets, switch that circuit off at the panel.
Wet decking after a storm is how people get hurt. There is nothing up there worth the risk — that is what we are for.
Before you call anyone
Storm and emergency response runs 24/7. Call (210) 896-3209 — for an active leak, calling gets a far faster response than a form.
It depends on where you are and what the weather is doing across the metro. After a major event every crew in San Antonio is working, which is exactly when being a local company with our own crews matters.
Installed properly, no. Installed badly, yes — fasteners in the wrong places create new holes. It is a temporary measure either way and should be followed by a real repair.
Reasonable emergency mitigation is commonly covered, because limiting the damage is in the insurer’s interest too. Keep the documentation and check your policy.
Then we tell you that and you pay for the emergency call, not a roof. We are not going to turn a small repair into a replacement.
Next step
No obligation, no pressure, and no push toward work you do not need. If a repair is the right call, that is what we will quote.
