Claims
A storm claim is won or lost on documentation. We photograph every impact point, meet your adjuster on the roof, and make sure the scope includes the things that get missed — decking, flashing, ventilation and code items — so the settlement pays for the roof you actually need.
No obligation. No pressure. Most inspections booked within 48 hours.

What we see
Adjusters are not roofers, and a scope drafted from the ground routinely misses decking, flashing, drip edge and ventilation.
A denial is not always the end of it. It often reflects what was documented rather than what is actually on the roof.
Whether your policy pays actual cash value or replacement cost changes what you end up out of pocket by thousands. Most homeowners find out at settlement.
A contract signed on the doorstep the day after a storm is how people end up committed to a contractor they never checked.

Hands down the best ever service I have ever experienced with a San Antonio business! Mike was excellent! Mike explained the process of repair on my roof, followed up with an email addressing who would do the repairs and 3 days later a technician showed up!

The detail
There are only a few steps, but the order matters and so does who is standing on the roof at each one.
We establish whether there is genuine, claimable damage — before a claim is opened.
Every impact point photographed and located, plus the collateral evidence adjusters use to date the event.
We are on the roof with them. This is the single highest-leverage moment in the whole process.
If the approved scope misses work the repair genuinely requires, we document it and file a supplement.
Before you call anyone
We do the roofing side properly — inspection, documentation, meeting the adjuster and scoping the work. We are roofers, not public adjusters, and anyone promising to “handle your claim” entirely is worth a second look.
Actual cash value pays the depreciated value of the roof; replacement cost value pays to replace it, usually in two payments with the depreciation released after the work is done. Which one you have is in your policy and it matters enormously.
Not necessarily. Denials often reflect what was documented rather than what is on the roof. A properly documented re-inspection is the usual next step.
No, and neither can anyone else legally in Texas. A contractor offering to absorb or waive your deductible is offering to do something they should not — which tells you what else they are willing to do.
That is between you and your insurer and your mortgage lender, and it can have consequences for both. It is worth understanding before you decide.
Next step
No obligation, no pressure, and no push toward work you do not need. If a repair is the right call, that is what we will quote.
